Kickoff
After award we hold a kickoff, confirm the schedule, and assign a licensed, insured subcontractor to each task.
Perform & inspect
We manage work on site, track it against the SOW, and document every inspection with photos and checklists.
Close out
Final walkthrough, deliverables, and accurate invoicing so the contract closes clean.
